MLI Finance Inc. was founded in 2005 to mainly focus on residential lending in the Kansas City area.  Over the years MLI Finance Inc. has grown into a strong commercial lender in the area.  MLI has created some solid foundations with a Private Money Sources… assisting us in focusing our time on funding commercial transactions.

In 2007 & 2008 once MLI Finance has been originating and funding commercial business Nationwide.  We are not the largest finance company on the block, but we are dedicated to the growth of our company, employees and lending partners.

In late 2009 MLI Finance Inc. had a unique opportunity to segue into, what I feel, are the most exciting industries in today’s markets, Renewable Energy, Green Initiative and Technology Markets.  Our firm has teamed up with an elite number of private investment firms that have requisitioned a large portion of their portfolios to this cause.  We are proud to say that MLI Finance Inc. is pioneering funding solutions in these industries!

Now that we are going into 2016, MLI Finance Inc. has strategically aligned with many international funding partners.
